Insight I is a 3 and a half day experiential seminar designed to help you reconnect with what matters most, deepen your relationship with yourself, and experience more freedom, choice, and heart in the way you live.

What happens in Insight I?
Insight I is highly interactive. You will not spend 3 and a half days simply listening to lectures. The learning happens through direct experience—trying things, noticing what happens, receiving feedback, and discovering what becomes possible when you approach familiar situations differently.

Participants come from many backgrounds and stages of life. The seminar is designed to create a respectful, supportive environment where you can participate at your own pace while engaging fully with the experience.
Practical, not theoretical
The focus is on what you can actually use in your relationships, work, choices, communication, and everyday life—not simply ideas that sound good in the seminar room.
