The Insight Experience

Insight is participatory. You won’t just sit and listen—you’ll be invited into short presentations, one-to-one exercises, small-group activities, guided imagery, and time for personal reflection.
You’ll have opportunities to share what you’re noticing, both with other participants and with our facilitators, in a supportive environment that encourages openness, curiosity, and self-discovery.
You don’t need to arrive with answers. Just come willing to participate, reflect, and explore what’s possible.

Committing to the Power of Your Heart
Insight II offers a supportive environment to more fully discover, embrace, and commit to who you truly are.
Over five days, you’ll explore what may be limiting you, practice more honest and loving communication, move beyond what has been comfortable, trust your intuition and natural knowing, take meaningful risks, and more fully claim your gifts, talents, and abilities.
Along the way, you’ll develop practical tools and lasting techniques designed to support greater confidence, courage, freedom, and authentic expression beyond the seminar.
